The playhouse presents “Thanks for the Memories,” a program of music, dance and comedy from the World War II era and beyond, in a tribute to Bob Hope and the USO shows he headlined. Show times are 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $30 general, $25 for seniors, $15 for veterans, $10 for children 12 and younger.
The play “6 RMS RIV VU” by Bob Randall is the story of Anne Miller, a full-time mom and homemaker and Paul Friedman, an advertising executive who simultaneously show up to inspect a Manhattan apartment for rent, and instead of treating each other like competitors for the coveted apartment, they find swift and strong attractions for each other, but have to consider how it will impact their lives if they have an affair. It opens at 8 p.m. Friday and continues at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. Sundays through Sept. 6. Tickets are $25 general, $22 for seniors, $15 for youth 13 to 21, $12 for children 12 and younger.
