The Theatre@Boston Court and Rattlestick Playwrights Theater present “Everything You Touch” by Sheila Callaghan. It tells the story the vicious, 1970s fashion designer Victor. He pushes aside his glamorous protégé and muse, Esme, in favor of an ordinary, Midwestern woman who inspires him to make his work accessible to the masses. The story skips back and forth in time in a viciously funny look at the struggle to find an identity that’s more than skin deep. It opens at 8 p.m. and continues at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through May 11. Tickets are $34 general, $29 for seniors.
A concert features Stacy Sullivan in “Songs in Blue: A Celebration of the Great American Songbook,” with songs by Ellington, Gershwin, Sondheim, Porter, Laura Nyro and Miles Davis at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 general, $20 for students and seniors.
